Wait. Who’s Unify America?

We are on a mission to replace political fighting with collaborative problem-solving.

We use technology and games to reduce political polarization and teach problem-solving skills so Americans can work together to reach our shared goals and find better solutions. Our nonpartisan, nonprofit team includes entrepreneurs and experts in community problem-solving processes, community engagement, communications, and engaging user experience design.

Our vision is to coach and empower everyday Americans to participate directly in civic decision-making.

As an American, we can participate in our civic life in a bunch of ways:

  • We can vote,

  • Go to town halls and hear our reps,

  • Sign petitions,

  • March in the streets,

  • Work on campaigns to get folks elected, or

  • Call our reps to tell them what’s on our minds.

But we don’t get to actually work on big problems and make decisions together. Yet.

There’s a way that we can. It’s called Deliberative Democracy, and it’s been working in places all around the world.

We have a plan to form hundreds of “community juries” to work on tough problems in small towns, big cities, and beyond. It will be the work of a generation—but it can start with Montrose.
